I definitely enjoyed the cake. Just upsetting how I asked all week about who'd come. Even waited 2hrs before the party to get the food. More for my family I guess lol.

My dad came later tonight and helped eat some of the food and cake. So thankful for him. At least i have dinner for the week lol

ETA: Some people went to the fair in Mn or the renaissance festival. I don't mind but i had asked all week for cancellations to be done by friday, saturday at the latest.

Happened to me as well, I was so disappointed and wanted to be mad at everyone, spent hundreds of dollars and no one showed up but people my sister invited haha don't say alot about "my friends" had so much food left over. I wish I would of spent all that money on the baby

I'll try my best. Its just that SO's family was/is going to throw me a shower and now that might not even happen because I had this one. Mil asked how the turn out was (she couldnt stay but she was my ride there because of SO ?) told her nobody showed. Don't think she believes me though ? . Atleast I have almost everything for baby and my bf is taking me shopping to get me a gift.
