I'm using Medela Freestyle. I love it for the fact it's battery operated so I don't have to be next to an outlet. Check with your insurance, most have to cover pumps under the current regulations. I was able to upgrade to the model I wanted by paying the difference. Starting back at work in a week, hoping all goes well!

Our pharmacy had the ones you could rent for 3$ a day. It was electric and heavy so I couldn't take it out with me but it was much much much easier and faster than the manual ones. I'd feed directly from the breast if I was out.

Medela pump in style
Used the pump for one year exclusively and has no issues.
My insurance didn't offer this particular pump so I paid out of pocket; it cost around $350-400.

From research, you can't go wrong with Spectra or the Medela. We're going to go with the Spectra cause I really like the idea that it's a closed system.
