I wouldn't try it.

Try boiling a pot of water and put a towel over your head and inhale the steam from the pot.

My dr told me it was safe. I took it in early pregnancy. 37+2 with a healthy baby. Just ask your dr before you do it. Always ask your dr.

My doctor told me it was safe, but to only get the normal strength....not maximum.
