i shouldn't have done that!

I checked my cervix because i was curious and i believe it to be medium high and felt closed but also didnt feel too soft. But this is also my first time checking since ttc. Im 2dpo and my cervix made me feel discouraged as its not high and soft liek it says its supposed to be when ypur pregnant... ?Could it be too soon to see cervix changes? And is this a forsure sign that i didnt catch my egg or can i stay positive until i test in two weeks? Please heeelp
