We evacuated from bradenton and then the storm turned and missed us. My family just east all had minor damage, shingles, trees, etc. everyone has no power and no idea when it will be back. Maybe weeks.

I stayed in bradenton at a shelter with my son. Came home later today and it was perfectly fine. No power still, but we are safe!?

Glad you guys are ok! Having no power for possibly weeks is awful though. Our grid was like the only one to not have the power knocked out. We got so lucky.

@school did you guys have much damage? Is your dd doing okay?

Pp, I think the cell service is down where ? is. I hope she's okay, they got crazy amounts of flooding and damage down there

Not crazy damage.. Pretty much like you.. Lots of trees turned up but. Othing like too too crazy.. Minor flooding..just overflow from lakes or ponds.. Lots of broken tree branches. Oddly our front door is broken?( we went and stayed w my mom and checked house this am) not sure if something heavy hit it or what .. I saw a couple trees on cars as well.. But no deaths or anything which is whats important.. Some stuff ive seen pn the news i feel so thankful? some people got it so badly.. And yes my daughter was great and slept through the whole thing.. All of them did ?? praying for keysmomma ? i agree w you i think its a cell service thing praying it is that

We lost power but ours was back on by evening time.. My sister and dad are still without power but live in different county as me
