UPDATED: Okay I make sure I have my 92oz of water everyday and Iv been trying to keep active (because of the clot) but not too active.
Today I called in and spoke to my Dr. my second ultrasound on my leg is scheduled for tomorrow so he wants me to come in today and stay overnight.
My heart rate is still jumping up.
Sitting - HR 78 Blood Pressure 116/64
Standing for 30sec - HR 135 BP 136/76
Tomorrow is my ultrasound on my right leg, and if any clots have formed I’m going to have to have a filter put in. ?
So waiting till 11am so I can call my husband on his break and have him come home (2hr drive) then he can pick me up and take me to the OB triage (another 2hr drive opposite direction)
This is my 7th ER visit this year ? but so happy that baby is growing and healthy.
ORIGINAL POST: My drs office is closed, what do I even do about this? Not dehydrated. Just sitting in church, stood up to sing and felt like I was going to pass out. Then I sat down and it went back down in about 5min then stood up again and it went right back up in 20 seconds.

I forget. Are you pregnant? I used to get like that when I was pregnant. Take it easy so you don't faint. Also, it might be orthostatic hypertension. I've had that recently & Im not pregnant. Doctors told me to increase water intake. They did an EKG too but it was normal. Hope u feel better.

@Nxm yes I’m pregnant. 22 weeks currently. I get an EKG every month because of my blood clot leg so I’m not sure if this is low blood pressure (normal) or related to my clot.

I’m not a doctor but when my mom was having trouble with feeling dizzy when she stood, they told her to do some arm and leg “exercise movements” (basically just pumping her arms and legs a little) before going from sitting to standing. Do you have an advice nurse line you can call?

With a blood clot I wouldn’t be messing around with any symptoms like that or changes while monitoring. I would get checked out.

@Atw it would mean a 2hr drive. Definitely better safe than sorry though. Just tricky situation

I would get checked out since you have a blood clot. I hope everything is ok!
