Yes I have this :) my left leg is one inch shorter than my right, and because it was never "corrected" my pelvis and muscles corrected it themselves. So now I have a slanted/tilted pelvis. Chiropractor once every two weeks, at the beginning it was 3x a week for a month until he loosened my muscles and was able to straighten it out a little. First pregnancy, I got to about 25w and couldn't lift my short leg into the car. Same deal with my second (current) pregnancy. Hubby has to help me get in the passenger side of anything and I'm carrying low this time so it's a lot of pressure on my left side. A support band works WONDERS. Definitely get one!

Yes, use a sacrosiliac belt, avoid stairs, keep knees together when getting out a chair/car, and see a physical therapist for exercises to strengthen your pelvic muscles. Good luck.
