Lol that's funny. I didn't know that was a thing. I've always been a work out alone type except when we didn't have kids and DH came with me.

I'm also workout alone person unless it's Crossfit. Then you NEED some one to b**** about how much you both hate/love Crossfit.

Oh crossfit!! I haven't done that, but I go to hiit. Our trainer does crossfit. I started watching road to the games after I watched 'fittest on earth'.

I would wear headphones even when I was not listening to music. I only wanted gym friends in a class. Not while lifting. It slowed me down. I'm so limited on time. In and out gym batch here. Except for you squish. ? go for it.

I like to be alone too... though now that my living room is my gym... I wish I had maybe a little bit more interaction.

I once had a lady mistake me for my sister at the gym I had my headphones on and she was waving and shouting so I took them off and she kept shouting 'JORDAN, JORDAN IT'S ME REMEMBER ME?! I met one of my friends at the gym. I don't remember how we started talking and I had just broken up with my ex. She invited me out with her friends and we've been friends now for 10 years. But I know exactly what you mean, that's how I feel in the mommy group I joined lol
