I use this meal planning site for my freezer meals which gives you everything you need. Shopping lists, cooking, prep, labels....everything. Because of this I don't normally read recipes until I'm actually making them and just pick what I think sounds good from the title.

I hate it when someone tries to convince me one kind of food is a replacement for another. It never works.
Cauliflower will never be rice, no matter how you cut it. Spaghetti squash may be tasty, but it isn't pasta. And I love froyo, but please stop pretending that it's ice cream.
