What are the chances of a girl?

First let me say I am so grateful for my 14 month old son conceived via icis using donor eggs. I have one embryo left. I love my son so much, more than I ever thought possible. My husband's family only makes boys lol (I think after 14/15 straight boys (My son the last) my hubby's cousin's wife is due any day with a girl. I heard icis (which we did)increases chance of girl. I miscarried my first 2 embryos (blighted ovum and faint chemical). What do you think the chances are that last embryo is a girl. Obviously if I do the fet even if I am slightly disappointed if it is a boy all I want is the baby to be healthy.

I had 5 healthy 6 day embryos. 4 female 1 male.

After testing 11 of my embryos, 4 came back as genetically normal: 2 boys and 2 girls. That being said, I had 8 female embryos and 3 male embryos make it to day 5.

I read that 55% of ivf babies are boys. But close to 50/50.

I read a scientific journal on ICSI and they found that more embryos that only became blastocysts on day 6 are usually girls. So maybe ask for one of the day 6 instead of day 5 blasts ?
