So my boyfriend came home with a big lifted suburban a few weeks back. It sucks gas and we can’t afford it at all. Well I told him he needs to wait until GOOD offers for it come because it runs great and it’s in great condition. But he keeps trying to go for these beater cars. I’m so sick of it. The whole reason he keeps trading his cars is because he doesnt think it through. Well some tweaker guy wanted to trade his old Yukon for it and we looked at it and the inside is trashed. The leather seats don’t have leather anymore! It’s stained to all hell and plastic parts inside are missing no door panels..and boyfriend wants it.. NO. We are currently fighting because I refuse to let him get it. It’s not clean for us to sit in it. It’s gross. Spider webs everywhere and all! The suburban we have is worth 5200 . We have had good offers for cars but he’s “picky” he wants that trashy Yukon?

I feel for you. My husband is constantly trading vehicles. Before i had my last baby he was trying to get a suburban hoping that i would give him my Duramax. The suburban was so nasty i had to put my foot down.

And it’s just too big.. it’s long . I’m literally 5 feet . The side step to get in came up to my hip bone... it’s too big.. I can’t even put our son in he has to... and we have climb in the back just to buckle him. It’s a hassle. And I just can’t deal with dirty cars. I’m picky when it comes to that. Mostly because I even keep my car spotless with my kid! And it’s hard lol I have seat covers and everything to make sure my car stays clean.

Even if the car/suv is perfect I wouldn’t buy anything from any tweeker that’s the first NO!

Well this makes me feel better about my so & myself arguing over him wanting to trade my car in for a newer one because he did it with his car. Sorry I know that doesn’t help but does your so not take in your children will be in this “tweaker” car.
