Doesn’t mean early labor at all, it means you’re dilating and you should take it easy for a bit.
You could also stay this way for another couple weeks, your doctor will monitor you and so long as baby has been growing well and uncomplicated you’ll be ok. If baby does come early they will likely give a shot of steroids for the lungs and some time in the NICU but your 2.5 weeks away from being considered full term; many many babies do just fine from here forward. Try not to jump negative or to the Internet and if you do, find all the beautiful success stories! On B.B. app a few moms went early around 35 weeks and babies and mamas were healthy and well xx
