I found a shard of bone in my gum a month after extraction, it's quite common. Once I got that out everything healed nicely, just keep on with pain killers and anti-inflammatories while your gums adjust to the change

It sounds like you could have dry socket. You should call your dentist.

I'll gonna just to him tomorrow to see if it's dry socket. I've never had it so I don't know what the pain would feel like and I've googled pics but it doesn't look like I have it.

That's a dry sockets. I had one on all 4 of my molar extractions. My denstist have me a good too for instant relief. Go to the pharmacy and get clove oil and gauze. Make a tiny ball with the gauze and use tweezer to dip it into the clove oil and then put the gauze in the dry sockets. Instant relief.
