@cupcakes, I buy the meat at a local Spanish store. It's already marinated. We usually grill them but my city is in a burn ban and it's been super windy lately so I just cooked them over the stove. Not sure what they marinate it with but it smells so delicious?
The veggies I let simmer in the leftover grease from the meat.

We had jalapeno shrimp for dinner, and while that was excellent, this makes me so hungry for fajitas! Good thing we're having quesadillas tomorrow LOL
