The healthy way to do would be to heavily highlight it a few times blonde then do the grey over top. The highlights would camouflage the grey in the meantime. However, the picture on the left is going to be a different grey than your natural hair. Your also not solid grey so every 6 weeks you will have to do the roots. You will most likely have to bleach the roots and color grey over top of that. It honestly might be more work upkeep then you think. It is a pretty color though!
My stylist ( I didn't get grey personally) said to get that look it takes a lot of appointment and steps and is very expensive so just be prepared for that

Then still after a few washes the toner will lose its luster and it'll just looked like a bad faded blonde. Plus as soon as your roots grow in you'll need a retouch, so it'll be a commitment every 6-8 weeks, plus probably more toning in between to keep it a nice grey. Even in this photo, they make it look like an easy messy bun, but believe me, they've probably blown dried it, flat ironed it, and used a dozen products to make it look nice and shiny. Plus took the photo in certain lighting to make it look good.

My gray is silver almost white color. And it doesn't seem like I have a lot in the pic but it's a lot and the pic just doesn't do it justice lol.
If I get heavy blonde highlights and I ask her to go all the way to the root, do you think it'll turn my natural gray white?
Usually I just go to my cousin and she fixes it the way I want without having to tell her. I just show a picture. But I have a new lady that I go to and lady time she confused me with what she said she had to do.
No the blonde will help hide the grey and you will be able to go longer in between salon visits rather than if you went dark. The grey will not turn white it will lighten to blonde as well.
Doing a solid colour again will be lots of upkeep, the roots will be noticeable, especially if you do a darker shade. If your main concern is wanting to blend the greys in, I would suggest just getting lots of fine hilites. That way you won't have that line of regrowth when your hair grows out, and the hilites will help to blend the grey in somewhat until you get it retouched the next time. No colour line can imitate natural grey hair, it changes naturally and is a lot corser than regular hair. Like I said I usually recommend lots of fine hilites because than you can still stay blonde, but your roots won't be overly noticeable when they come in. Or you can get a hilite/lowlite of a couple different blondes which will give you dimension and help the greys blend in.
I don't think vitamins will/are helping since I've been taking them religiously for 2 years now. lol. My biological father had a full head of grey hair by the time he was my age and my mom started getting hers at 15. I started getting mine at 16-17. Its genes unfortunately lol.
I'm just going to stick with what pp's suggested with lots of highlights. Lol

Looking back at your other photos going from your current hair to the left will take a while, mine was blonde highlights with natural dark brown hair, it took 9 months to get it to platinum where the silver/grey color deposited to looked like that. It's A LOT of upkeep not just with your roots but toning, honestly it's not worth it to me, aside from the upkeep I lost 4in from the constant need to lighten & tone drying out my hair along the way for a year. I.am.so.done with it.

Seems like that grey wouldn't be the same color as your natural grey though as it grows out.. or the same as the hair that grows that isn't grey.

I was just hoping to be blonde again. I was platinum until I turned 21 and dyed it dark brown and cut into a short angled bob.

Maybe you could ask about olaplex? Personally, I love the gray. I loved it when it was a trend. I was never brave enough to do it.
