You should be able to look up your state's criminal records and do a name search. My state is weird and you have to go by county unfortunately.

Google name of city and state court records search.

Most have a way to pull these public records for free!

Also Google sex offender list and check his name on there!

Just google "how to find arrest records for free in (the residing county) OK".. Maybe that will help, because like pp said, you might actually have to go to the county.

ETA: I second looking up his name on the sex offender registry. That's always free.
