Beautiful post Chelsee and maliniamarie who inspired it. And wow a surrogate. Good for you. I couldn't do it. My pregnancies were so hard. But like the op said how beautiful!
My list. I am thankful for:
1. My beautiful son Alexander. I was beginning to think that I would never have children because the timing was never right. Then I had a miscarriage last January 2014 and I was devastated. But we got pregnant again by that March and in December we were blessed with my sweet little boy Alexander. I thank God for him every day.
2. My wonderful loving and supportive husband. He is such a great daddy! Just watching Alexander's face light up whenever my hubby walks into the room melts my heart. I love him so much!
3. My family. Especially my dad who raised the 4 of us on his own. And who was my rock during my ppa. Every night we talk on the phone and he gives me words of encouragement.
4. My long time friends. Even though I moved away from where most of them are they check in on me all the time.
5. My new mommy friends/neighbours. We go to the park together with our babies and generally keep each other sane :)
Sorry for the long winded reply.

2. I'm blessed that I can be a stay at home mom without having to worry about how the bills will be paid.
3. My mom and I are closer than ever since Luna got here, and I'm so happy to call her my best friend! (15 year old me never thought I would say that! ha!)
4. I have such wonderful inlaws. Helpful in every way! They even provide yummy fresh garden veggies so I barely have to go grocery shopping!
5. I am finally confident in my own skin and body. :)

1. I am so thankful to have a hard working, loyal, and the best daddy to our little one. I couldn't be half the mom I am without him. I get to stay home and be with our baby all day and he wouldn't have it any other way!
2. My little one is the light in my eyes! I am so thankful he's such a happy healthy baby! It's so amazing to get to watch him grow and learn everyday! It's inspiring.
3. My Mom! There really isn't words to express how amazing she is. She is my best friend!
4. My grandma! I wouldn't hAve survived the first year of having a baby without her. She helps me so much. I'm so thankful she is letting us live with her rent free to save up and give my son the life he deserves. She helps me in the mornings when I just can't do it because I'm so tired. She's a lifesaver.
5. The rest of my family. Every one of them have helped me so much along the way. I am so thankful for everything everyone does!
