Has any of you mommas found any lumps on the side of lo neck? I found a lump on the left side of zains neck so I took him to the doctor and she said it was swollen lymph nodes from immune system still getting used to the air but first she asked if he's been sick which he hasn't and she found 2 smaller ones on the other side... I'm def getting a second opinion cuz I looked it up and it said it could be nothing but I'm still worrying. It doesn't seem to bother him even when I check on it.

My lo has had a bump about an inch behind her ear since she was born. The doctor said lymph node. She said just keep an eye on it.

Same thing here... She has one behind each ear... Pediatrician said they were lymph nodes and will get swollen if she's sick...

My pedi said its very common for babies to have lymph nodes on their neck. Most times like PP said, about an inch behind the ear. They should be about the size of a pea. If they are noticeably larger then I would get a second opinion, but it's very normal for them to be there!

Okay! That makes me feel better but I'm still switching doctors. I go to a family practice and ever since they've gotten larger and more busier I feel like they just want to diagnose ppl with the easiest stuff instead of finding the root of the illness. Like this little girl (friends w/ her mom) took her in and they said it was allergies when she actually had the flu :-/ I'm def switching to a pedi. Sad cuz we've been going there for like 10 years but it's changed so much

See jaynied the only thing I'm kinda worried about but I'm not freaking out about it is that lo is not sick.. No congestion no cough or anything and not running a fever either.
