Anyone else? Has anyone else not gotten their child's social security card yet?

I got it three weeks ago she. She was 3 weeks

I'd call. I received mine within days.

I don't have mine either yet, and she's 5 weeks. :/

Nope ! And my baby is almost 2 months , didn't even get his birth certificate

My son was born dec 31. I applied for his borth cert. And Social insurance january 5 and i got it in the mail this past monday i was shocked

Just received my daughters today she's a lil over 2 weeks old

I know his birth certificate I have with the little foot prints and I have to go to some place to get it..

But I'm calling tomorrow and hopefully they give some good answers cuz if it's not here by next Tuesday I'll not be so nice when I call back lol.

Got my LOs SS card yesterday. It took only 3.5 weeks. We were surprised to have gotten it already.

Really meow? Did they just not do it or let u handle all this stressful stuff? Lol

I got his when he was a week old! I wonder why it's taking some forever to get it.

It depends on the state you live in. You can actually get online and see how long your state takes. It varies from 1 week to 4 weeks to file and then they say allow even longer to mail it. My state says 3 weeks plus mailing time.

Got it when he was 2 weeks. He's 3 weeks now.

got my LO's in like 2 weeks after birth

Got my son's SS card before he turned 2 weeks old.

Ella is 6 weeks old and I haven't. I think it took a couple months with my first 2!

My LO was born 12/17 and I received it in the mail yesterday :)

I got Sofia's a week after she was born..

My dd was born 12/6 and we got hers last Friday

I haven't gotten mine yet and he will be a month old tomorrow. I figured there would be a delay Bc of the holidays. The hospital said it would take 5-6 weeks...

I don't really remember anything from that day lol for obvious reasons. I still have to call, but I don't have any copies of the forms that I should.

I had my daughter 11/27 and got her ss card really quick. Her birth certificate took a little longer, but I still received it in about 3 weeks.

I got his card about a week after he was born

I recieved both my kids cards quickly... On the other hand i never recieved anything for my daughters birth certificate and now i never will cause of the adoption. I was suppose to get it originally but it never arrived and they won't resend it.

My hospital told me 6-8 weeks!

I got mine when dd was 11 days old.

They said it can take up to 5 weeks to process.. I'll give till next week. Hopefully it comes cuz every important info that comes in the mail makes me nervous lol
