The big day is coming! Important?
So I have 90 days left.. I made up my mind on having a natural birth this time. I was wondering if any moms have had a natural child birth and if they took birthing classes? How they benefited you thru your delivery and if u feel like they are a must have thing to do? I'm nervous but I'm really excited about my decision! I had an epidural with my first and fully regret it... It messed my back for 3 years and I really want to just experience the real feeling of pushing out my baby boy this time. :-) any advise would help me

I went all natural with my first and will do with my 2nd too. Never attended classes or anything. Listen to the nurses and midwives. Do what they say. Work with the pain not against it. Its not easy, but definitely worth it.

Ftm but currently taking Bradley classes and will be having my baby through a birth center, not the hospital. I have other friends who have taken Bradley classes and loved them for being prepared for a natural birth. It's kind of pricey but we're loving it so far!
