How long do you typically have to wait to start trying for another baby if you had a miscarriage? I recently had one when my son was 3 months , he’s now 5 months about to be 6 months. Is it safe to start trying again?

I was told there was no medical reason to wait after mine. It took 8 weeks for my cycle to return. We got pregnant right away.

We tried the very next cycle and conceived. Miscarried in October 2016 conceived my son in December 2016

I was told the same thing just to wait for my cycle to return but I would still ask your doctor to be safe. Good luck!

They usually tell you to wait one cycle, just for dating purposes.

I agree with waiting a cycle so you can date your pregnancy. I got pregnant my second cycle after my second miscarriage and now she’s 6 months old 😊

I started trying right away after my miscarriage it took me 3 months to get pregnant
