Theres an ingredient in certain foods called high fructose corn syrup which is a synthetic form of sugar that our bodies cant recognize and process properly. It stores some of it as fat as it should however since its synthetic the body has a harder time shedding it. Our bodys start to think they need this sugar and we become compelled to buying these products over and over. Read the ingredients on your food mamas if you cant recognize what they are beware of them. There are a few more ingredients that youll be shocked to find out what they are and do to us. Try substituting a junk food for something natural that reminds you of that food. If not get a junk food with more recognizable ingredients. You guys, I have been thinking about maybe trying to diet or change my eating habits or whatever but I'm so not motivated enough. I'm so fucking fat it's not even funny. I seriously have a diet of like fat, junk and more fat.
