I wish so badly my baby didn’t have to stay in NICU. I had severe preeclampsia and delivered my baby on 5/12 at 34 weeks. :(

She is adorable! She will be outta there in no time and it will all just be a memory. Stay strong! Are you close to the hospital? Try and get plenty of rest now and pump (if you can and want to) I'm here if you need to chat! I can't remember if I said in a previous message. I, too had severe preeclampsia, but I was induced at 37. I was on an extreme amount of blood pressure medication for 3 weeks so mine was small and had trouble eating.
She was born at 4 lb 2 ounces but is now 3 lbs 9.5 ounces, but I guess it’s normal for them to lose about 10% after they’re born- premie or term. She’s on room air, eating. Blood sugars are great. Vitals stable. Need to get temp up some and get her off IV fluids. Turned off phototherapy this morning. She needs to get to a crib and tolerate it.

Thanks everyone! Miss Bella is eating well, off phototherapy- I was able to dress her today. No IV. She can eat every 3 hours as much as she wants to! We need to get her to gain weight and go in a crib by maintaining her temp and a car seat test
