Breeaaaathe! Have your toddler help as much as possible. Get him a baby doll with a bottle so he can feed his baby next to you when you nurse the baby. It’s overwhelming at first but you guys will adapt. You got this mama!

Tell me about it! I'm going to probably be tandem feeding too. I'm not sure how this is going to go because I will probably have light help but I honestly don't want everyone in my face or trying to separate my kids or something "to give me a break".

@_sheriee, that’s a really good idea actually, I’ll definitely get one and try it! @melissaredfield87, thank you so much, it’s just a lot to sit and think about right now. I know once we’re in the swing of things it will be different but I just feel that I should be more prepared somehow.

It was hard the first couple weeks but after that, it got easier 😊

@babyjjsmommy thank you kindly, I'm optimistic haha. My first might self wean but I'm not sure. At least my first isn't as demanding but might become so once sees sibling getting the milk constantly.

@wolfnurturer, I worry about that too! My son has already started regressing with other things, although he did give up the pacifier a few weeks ago. I’m hoping that he won’t be phased by seeing his sister nurse @mother.of.2, thanks girl, &you got this! @mygirlsaretheexception, that’s relieving to hear, lol! I’m sure that will be the case for me too, I tend to overthink things a lot of the time😩

@babyjjsmommy mine is becoming more independent but still loves mommys milk lol. Like most the nights will sleep all the way but sometimes wake up here and there. I've been able to get the paci away here and there too. I feel pretty confident though, I think that is key. Also doubters make me push more lol. My so is scared about me pushing myself.

I am in the same boat as you. My son weaned at 2 and some months. He still asks to nurse even though hes been weaned for a few months. I am due in Sept and I hope he doesn't throw a fit seeing the baby nurse. Im hoping for the best for you and me.
