Has anybody had low bp in their pregnancy? what does this mean and what are the risk? i had a low bp…

I have low blood pressure in general. The last time I had an appointment I was 80/43. It was also just like that with my other three pregnancies and everything was totally fine with my babies and me.

Mine runs on the low side normally but this pregnancy it’s been dipping very low once in a while. I asked my midwife @ my last appt. she said as long as I’m feeling ok it’s not a concern. I’ve read it’s pretty common. Much scarier to have high bp, since that can be a sign of pre-eclampsia

Mines generally on the low side all the time, and they just usually monitor it during my pregnancy. We’ve never had an issue with it though, and the doctors never seemed too terribly concerned.

I had low bp with my pregnancies but I had hyperemesis graviderum. Mine was low from not eating. The only concern my Dr had was me fainting and hurting myself.

i was gone talk to my doctor about it when i went back in two weeks but they didnt seem to concerned about it, a low bp wont have any negative effects on me if im getting a c section, i had issues my last c section🤦🏻‍♀️
