@kay.ari_, aww I’ll keep you In my prayers . I’m just curious because this is my first time getting this due to a lost in my last pregnancy. I’m happy to know someone made it to the second trimester with the cerclage
@sunnyjoy oh yes mam. I started dilating with no warning signs. I went to the bathroom wiped and thought i was miscarrying now this was like at 3 am Friday morning so i rushed to the ER, got there freaked the doc out because of the blood and he left the speculum inside of me 🤦🏿. Went to my PCP ( delivers babies also) because my OB Wasn't open & he didnt want to see me because he wasnt the one i chose for OB care got checked and said everything was normal. Didnt sit well with me so i waited until monday to see my OB & sure enough i had dilated to 3.5 cm. Went for the cerclage the next morning around 6. Once it was placed my doc visits changed to biweekly instead of once a month. Now I get cervical ultrasounds each visit.

@sunnyjoy currently 27 weeks. I stayed in the hospital due to bulging bags until I reached 24 weeks to increase viability.
