Good morning beautiful mom's out there, I need some help please..as you all know I am adopting a baby in a month a newborn this is the mom's 4th c section her last one was last January she is worried that it will come down to her life or the baby's this is all new to me so I really don't know, I did do some reading and from what i read was absolute worse case scenario is a hysterectomy...anyone that can give me any info or shed some light id greatly appreciate. A little info on her is she is 24 with 3 boys the youngest turned 1 in January, she is very healthy no high blood pressure, sugar is good and no adema
Again thank you to anyone who can share some info.
No concerns it's just her nerves with the other 3 c sections it was normal but with this one she is placed as high risk because it's het 4th one, but she is better we talked about things and she knows it wouldn't come to that. I thank you for the info and once baby boy Gabriel is home I will post pics. @sweetsap88
It seems two of the biggest concerns with repeat c-sections are placenta previa (placenta too close to cervical opening) and placenta accreta (placenta embedded too deep into uterus, may require hysterectomy because drs may be unable to detach placenta from uterus). What is she experiencing? What is her doctor saying? Why does she think it'll come down to her life or baby's? Did you come across the two concerns I mentioned in your research? Also, was she hoping to have more children in the future?
@sweetsap88 yes she is holding out for a girl but I think she is going to have her tubes tied.
