The pictures on the left we're after I had my baby in 2015. I weighed 307+ in 10/15 now I am 190! I still have some more to go but I've almost lost all the baby weight I gained and then some :p
@sumria that is definitely fusterating. Maybe try switching up your work out that way you introduce your body to something new and it should react. Just like when you start working out or controlling your diet you will drop 10 pounds fast because your body is adjusting to the new you. Once it adjust it wont be as quick for the rest of your journey. If that makes sense lol
@eileen0625 Great job to you too! Us momma gotta encourage each other cause, at least on my end, we don't always get the support we need in personal life.
I started at 329, currently 307 and I am working out and eating less, trying to stop this baby weight and my general weight too. It is a struggle but I love the feeling of losing weight and working out. It is exciting to see the scale drop and to see my belly get smaller!
@cmjohnson3047 I started losing weight as soon as my son was born and it just kept coming off. By the summer of 2016 I was 250. Beginning of the year I was around 210 and now I'm 190. So it definitely takes time to lose over 100 pounds. I still don't feel like I look any different some times to be honest with you. My that's my insecurities coming out.
@blakeslatinmama @raheemah05 I walked a lot with my son and I watched what I ate. I don't buy sweets anymore that way I don't have the temptation in my house. But I do have a Hershey's chocolate bar almost every night lol that is my weakness. I started eating more fruit and veggies. Also I eat only 2-3 nutrigrain bars during the day then have a cooked meal for dinner. I usually only drink coffee or water. And drinking a lot of water can help with so many things. It's a long journey and very discouraging at times but don't let the scale get you down. Your body is going to vary in a few pounds everyday so if the scale said you gained 5 pounds you might just need to poop lol but because of that I wouldn't look at the scale everyday or every week. That helped me not get discourage and eat my feelings. But really just watching what I would eat and drink and walking a lot did it for me I think.
