So since about 5:30 6wish I've stayed around 4 cm dialated. Contractions have slowed greatly but she says when she checked cervix she could feel bag of water and "baby parts"... I just don't know if there's any reason to have hope.and I'm scared to get my hopes up.

Just don’t lose hope on her. She needs you to keep it going. Just relax and stay calm
