I’m not familiar with this product, but I would call her pediatrician and just be sure.

They have been pulling homeopathic remedies off shelves because of some of the side effects in kids such as seizures. Clove oil isn’t recommended for kids under 2.

I would use a wet washcloth chilled for 15-30 mins. It will also help with the gum swelling.
