I’m having a girl and crave sweets and ice! My sisters had and are having a boy and they crave salty foods/spicy food. Every women I know who has had or is having a girl craves sweets and ice.

I’ve heard girls take your beauty so you get acne but my acne actually cleared up, while my sister who is having a boy has had bad acne through her pregnancy. So yea no symptom is true to gender, but it is always fun to trying guessing. (:

And I've had totally opposite symptoms with the same gender.
