How do you get rid of the muffin top that pregnancy gives you 😭

When you figure it out let me know lol!

It's awful. My youngest is 3 weeks but I never lost it after my other kiddos. I'm determined!

For my first an second sons I walked on a daily basis around my neighborhood 3 times in a row until I felt that cramp in my stomach letting me know my muscles was tightening up an thats how I lost mines. Im currently pregnant with my 3rd son now an ima do the same an go to the gym when I can

@itstheylife thanks! I'll give it a try (:

@sebastian22569 You're welcome you can also drink apple cider vinegar you just put a teaspoon in a full glass of water an it takes off fat that needs to be gone I have some myself

@itstheylife I've never heard that before

For me I just keep breastfeeding

@mommyof2angelss I have breast fed all my kids and I swear I gained weight.

@sebastian22569 I bet your body looks banging for having 5 kids

I wish 😭

I just want to lose about 10 lbs, and tone up. I hate how my stomach hangs over my jeans
