It may be different (I'm in the UK) but the midwives advise a bath after birth to help the healing process and the pain.. I had a bath for about 15 mins and then showered afterwards, it definitely helped ease the pain xx
That just came up at the top @raquely that's not what was on about it was the paragraph underneath lol, I just typed into google 'post partum bath'.. I was meaning just a normal bath no salts, oils etc xx
