Changing babys diaper and notice his toe like this it looked like there was a scab on his toe nail ...maybe ingrown toenail or something I put neosporn on it deff looks infected or some thing gonna call doc Monday and suggestions ? 😢

Wash it 1st w water...Spray perxiode on it if it Bubbles it's infected..it def look s infected

@lareina_kk no hair or notihing ig you look close enough there a brown speck on his toe nail it looks like a scab when I put my finge ron it it pealed back like a ingrown toenail not sure what the brown speck is
Umm... i don't believe i would wait until Monday. What if it is an infection and it spreads?? You need to take that baby to the ER.
It looks like a bite. Could something gotten stuck around his toe like hair or or string?
The same thing happened to my son. I drained it and put antibacterial ointment on it. Still, you should check with your baby's doc.
Looks like an ingrown toenail. My daughter gets those offer but it does look infected
