My blood pressure was picture perfect at every Dr visit. I had some swelling in my feet and hands but didn't think anything of it. I also had a job where I was on my feet all day.
But, when I went into labor, my blood pressure sky rocketed. So go in early, even if they tell you that you don't have to. I went in because I wasn't positive I was in labor. Turned out to be a good thing! They were able to get me the bp lowering meds in time so I could still give birth naturally instead of by c section.
Well it’s just my feet. Occasionally hands. But, i think also what is concerning him is that my feet always hurt. I am on my feet everyday for work but even when I go to sleep and wake up it’s like my feet didn’t get a break and they continue to hurt.

To an extent it is. I know it can be a sign of preeclampsia but usually that comes with high blood pressure. So if it goes down when you prop feet up and blood pressure is fine then I wouldn't worry much.
