Just want to get something off my chest because it’s come up repeatedly in a particular users posts...I live in the south where some of the most delicious food exists, in my opinion. Most of it is a heart attack on a plate but it’s sooo good. During my pregnancy I had GD and really had to start watching what I eat. Luckily I had cravings for salads which was probably my body’s way of telling me I needed to eat better. Just because we live in the south with so much delicious soul food on every corner doesn’t mean we can’t find ways to eat healthier. I read posts about how someone thinks they look pregnant yet every food post is of fast food and ice cream. Struggling to get pregnant? Maybe a good place to start is by nourishing your body better!
I am no saint. Yesterday I indulged in Popeyes fried chicken and mashed potatoes. Today I chose an amazing Italian salad with shrimp (not fried!) and it’s so good it doesn’t really need any salad dressing. I’m sorry for the rant but I just needed to get a point across. It bothers me that one person can make us southerners look like complete idiots.

That looks amazingly good.. n lol yeah I’ve seen post here saying do I look pregnant or fat?? Lol I’ll stay quiet haha cause you just look fat.. then they say I swear I’m pregnant I look it but the rest keep saying no .. no you don’t look pregnant your just fat.. n that’s why your test say no.. some people on here are something else

@momof2boys88, idk her name I just past threw it and read it I was like wow you got to be kidding me and I laughed my ass off and I just kept scrolling.. the other one she’s there begging where can she get food cause she lost her food stamp card and has no other way for food.. like no wait a minute you got a man they can both work and get money out of there checks to get food.. don’t got to rely just on a food stamp card wth.. people like that who are the ones who makes me mad like food stamps and all that is supposed to be for temporary help not for your child’s whole life.. if your both bodied able to work then work don’t sit at home all day and not do anything.. and I hate when they say well we can’t afford daycare ok well guess what do split work shifts one work in the morning and the other at night.. it’s not impossible it’s just most make it that way to not work and just get free help all there life’s.. oh and this one also was saying how she got bashed cause she thought she was pregnant and she put a fake sonogram and then it turned out she wasn’t pregnant like wth why would you even do that.. trust me you don’t need another child if you can’t even put food on your table without your ebt card.. kids are not hand outs..

@momof2boys88, I think it should be only a limited time they get it and then they take them off.. like two years or so that’s enough tome to get a job and start to figure out how makes ends met.. but that’s why so many people now a days will rather not work and not make anything out of themselves because for them it is easier to sit on there as all day and not work. Or not succeed higher in life and work a min wage job because they don’t want there benefits to be taken away

@momof2boys88, I once knew a girl who didn’t want to work because she said if she did she would get her housing taken away and she had a nice house mind you that.. and she got her utilities payed by the housing people and she got stamps and a monthly check also to get by..

One of the chicks you are talking about eats sooo bad and when I said go get fruit and veggies she goes my food stamp card doesn’t have money on it.. well hun if you have money for ice cream and damn candy and fast food you have money for veggies. There has been times I should of went on food stamps but didn’t because it made my husband go get another job. He was all go get food stamps I said no get your ass to work. So he did. I’m on Medicaid only because both our jobs don’t have health insurance but damn it we work our asses off for these kids. Lol @jennrudy2016,

@momof2boys88, yep I get it we all need help but when you don’t want to work to help your self out a little bit then there’s something wrong there.. and yes I hate that they have money for sodas and chips and all kinds of junk food but never enough for healthy stuff.. I get 100 in stamps.. and guess what I don’t buy any sodas just the power tea and a lot of water and lots of fruits and veggies for the kids to eat and they do they love it.. and then I have to buy the baby his baby food also cause the one they give with wic he doesn’t like it. 100 goes fast as hell so I got to spend like 300 extra a month out of my pocket sometimes even more just so we can eat.. lol that’s funny and yep they eat bad they look bad simple as that

I get wic to. I hate that they don’t provide water!! I wish they would. I would rather water than juice. I get 10 gallons a milk a month I only use 3 and I donate the rest to homeless shelters @jennrudy2016,

@momof2boys88, omg yes my water goes so fast because with the tea we make and then the water for the baby he used all the time I probably buy like ten cases or more a month of water.. and plus when he runs out of formula which is all the time.
