My 2 year old has runny nose and alot of mucus in nose and throat what can it be?

A cold or allergies

Her eyes watery and little puffy underneath but it's mainly just a runny nose @littleonemorning

I agree most likely allergies. I give my kiddos children’s Zyrtec for their allergies and it has helped a lot.
