Mothers who breastfeed and do formula how do you alternate between the two ?

My daughter is older but we do formula for breakfast lunch and dinner

You want to have baby to breast as much as you can so you can get your supply , your body produces what your baby eats, do you want to do both ??

My issue is that I don’t have enough glandular tissue so I can’t produce enough milk. I would always breastfeed her first then top her off with formula.

Well in the beginning I held off until I got my supply then I would only do formula once a day

You don’t want to pump ?

Your supply may decrease, if your working full time that’s like 3-4 bottles of formula depending on the oz

@jellybeans_mumm, I’m not sure yet have really gotten a chance to really breastfeed because he been Hospital and they would only let me pump

@jellybeans_mumm, but I can always pump on my breaks at work

I would try pumping and baby to breast only use formula if needed
