You’re going to over heat the baby because that method is used sweat to loose belly fat

I wouldn’t do it pregnant most likely will harm baby by overheating him

@newlyironman, I was thinking I could use some coconut oil on my belly for stretch marks & use the plastic wrap to keep the oil on my skin and moist . Idk🤷🏽‍♀️ thought it would help ...

My husband did that to loss weight so not a good idea. How about wearing a stretchy shirt like a cammy after applying the coconut oil? Its what I did with my first after I slathered lotion on my belly. It seemed to work pretty good without it all getting wiped off.

Coconut absorbs into the skin you dont need to wrap it with anything

I don’t think you’re supposed to let your body overheat during pregnancy because it will over heat your baby too so I don’t think that the Saran Wrap would be a good idea. It’s good to ask questions 👍🏼 that’s how we learn.
