My water finally broke while I was asleep I wish she could come home with me but at 34 weeks…

Yeah probably not but I’ve heard some cases where people were allowed to take their baby home because their baby was big enough and had no complications

I believe if there is no complications and they are 5lbs you can.

I had my son at 34 weeks. I was induced and had an emergency csection though. But he stayed in the nicu only 7 days and in a regular nursery for 4 days. As long as they see the baby gaining and keeping a little weight, it's feeding on its own and no breathing complications then you'll be able to bring your little one home before you know it.

I just had my daughter last week at 34 weeks I was taking a nap with my son woke up and I was soaked I thought I peed myself then when I stood up to go pee it just poured out lol and she’s still in the nicu

@angelfoodcake they didn't tell me they said when I deliver I can see her after they check for a few hours

@jaskeana Yeah that's the hardest. I was lucky enough to stay in my babies hospital while he was in the nicu the whole week due to my blood pressure staying high but those other 4 days he was in the nursery was hard to be away from him. I came and sat with him everyday for half a day until he was released though lol. But good luck on your delivery. I hope she comes out with no complications so she won't have to stay long.

Just pray to god that she doesn’t have any complications and she comes really healthy and big that’s the only way she’ll be able to come home with you...
