Do you see a therapist? I’m sorry, I can relate. People that don’t suffer can’t begin to understand what it’s like... I’m usually on medication but I refuse while pregnant or breastfeeding- so it’s rough. For me, the only thing that consistently helps is working out and getting out in the sun. I hope you find something to help you feel better mama ❤️

@rachel1029, Thank You So Much.! I was taking medication, and one day out of the blue, I just stopped. Since then I’ve done nothing but go down hill. I started them up again a few months ago, but it seems to do nothing but make me worse. My son is my happiness.. my ball of joy. I appreciate you and the support ❤️
