You can get nelsons colic powders and they are really good, you can also get chamomile granules from Holland and barter and they are really good too, also propping up anything she’s lying on slightly will help and we also invested in a joie serina swing was amazing!! Xx

Partner just been docs just to double check and defo really bad colic and the docs said wat we giving her is good but just wondered about other ideas xx

Holding baby in these positions helps loads! Me and my OH used to carry baby around like top and bottom left all the time and doing the bicycle legs helped get the wind out too when she was fussing xx
