They just got to make sure everything is ok.. and help you release you blood so you don’t get blood clots or anything.. it’s better you do it also when u can small massages

I hate when they did that! It's horrible but they have to !

And make sure you put a gertile on it will help your stomach stay small and help you with the blood to release also..

And if you breast feed even if you just pump you will loose so much weight fast and you can also stop bleeding by two weeks.. I loved that part
