Every other day I force my daughter to only have h20. Nothing else. I just won’t give in when she begs for juice. She eventually started to learn that that’s all she gets. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I didn’t use them at the age your daughter is now, but now a days some times I’ll flavor her water with the liquid kool aid drops. 🤷🏼‍♀️
