If any other mommas are worry warts like i am, the dollar tree has these mini notebooks! They come in a 3 pack for a dollar. Ive got all important information (date of birth, allergies, current meds, emergency contact info, etc) for ds in it and ive placed one with each carseat, not interfering with how it works of course, and one in the diaper bag. Just incase were in a wreck and im unable to tell them history for us. Or if ds happens to be with another family member and me or so arent around to give medical history.
