I have the nasty phlegm mucus bloody snot gunk that accumulates all day and it makes me want to throw up ALL the time. I cant keep any food down and have adapted fear to eating because dry heaving feels better than tasting your ABC food! 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 i have tried lemon water, but i just want to have ONE DAY to feel fine!

Won't help with phlegm but it will help with the nausea.
Try gargling with salt water, and flushing your sinuses with salt water too. The dollar store has a knock off brand of the netty pot, but don't use the solution they sell, stick to the salt water.

Maybe ask your Ob if there’s some kind of otc mucus relief you can take not sure that you can but it never hurts to ask.
