If the pain is like a sharp knife in the groin wherever you move your leg look into SPD. I never had this with my first but it hurts even to lay on that leg or move on it. It's been like this since like 28 weeks and the doctor said there's nothing to do about it just that it'll go away when baby comes. It's the ligaments loosening too quickly or unevenly. I find having my husband stretch it out for me helps for a couple hours.
@dxchessbxby I told my Dr @ 33 weeks that the pain was really bad and she said it was normal. Told me to go into l&d if I really felt it necessary but instead I took her advice, came home, ate good food while my legs were elevated & rested and I was fine. I think it’s the stretching going on down there + baby getting in position.
