Ok I need someone to help me out. Please, might be long.

Ds is three. About 3 weeks ago one night he was having A LOT of stomach pain. But it would come in waves. He would wake up crying because it hurt then dry heave and try to poop. But couldn’t. Got ahold of the his dr and they told me to to take him in because they were almost positively was intussusception. Well we took him and nothing was found on ultrasound. However, an X-ray showed he was very impacted. Dr started him on Miralax clean out that lasted a week. We completed that. He complained of stomach cramping on and off but was finally getting the stool out. Last week he had hot chocolate with regular milk (he is lactose intolerant) I completely for got to ask for soy milk. Well he started a lot of diarrhea. Since then, he’s been having gas and diarrhea. He has thrown up a couple times but it’s only once or twice and other than that he is fine. He complains of tummy ache. I haven’t given him the Miralax since he’s had diarrhea and the dr just says to wait till he’s done with the diarrhea and start him again on the Miralax maintenance for a month. I’m confused as to what to do. Any advice or I put would be appreciated. Thanks!
