@countrymama121, you can do it! Pre pregnancy I was 140, end of it I was 206.. and I’m 150 now! I started eatting super clean a month before I had baby and I think that really helped! @drewannxo,

@raelene_g, thanks girl , pre pregnancy I was 147 , when I gave birth I was 230 lost 27 pounds so far and have 56 left to loose , I got the go ahead to get back into the gym so I’m def going to do that I’m currently 203😔

@countrymama121, don’t be hard on yourself, you just had a baby! My first pregnancy I gained 4 pounds right after putting me at 217, even my own pregnancies have been so different. 🤷🏻‍♀️ but I started eating differently and it’s helped a lot

@raelene_g, thanks girl , ya with my first pregnancy I was 230 when I had her and started walking and eating less and better foods and the weight came off , so I need to start doing that this time around
