What do baby hiccups feel like? I’ve always thought they were kicks but now I’m starting to think that I’ve been mistaking the two lol. I had sent a video to my friend but she told me they were hiccups 🙄
Like I definitely know what her movements feel like but are hiccups like little thumps? I feel thumps sometimes.

They don’t feel like kicks, but they look like multiple tiny consistent thumps. They are really tiny and repeat over and over for a little while. If your baby was actually kicking you will feel it, it’s a very distinct different feeling. The hiccups kind of feel how your heart does after slowing down from a jog. Fast and nonstop, and you can see you belly lightly bouncing up and down from the hiccups. A kick is much stronger of a feeling.
